Pure pumpkin

Large black trash bags
13 gal white trash bags

We'll have information on ways to keep your pet healthy, upcoming events, volunteer information and more! There may even be a puppy surprise!

HAPPY PUPDATE:

Remember the three puppies found emaciated on Airport Rd?

TWO (Sparrow and Lark) have already been adopted after getting healthy, vaccinated, and spayed/neutered.

Wren is still available, and hoping to find her family soon!

Thank you to the community for the support while we assisted these three in getting healthy again!

Jedi is out for some adventures!

Jedi is our newest sidekick from HELP the Animals, Inc.! He is a sweet senior boy at 8 years old, and has spent YEARS in a shelter 🥺 He is sponsored, so free to an approved home. We're hiring for Monday through Friday evening Kennel Technicians (6pm to 10pm). Duties include cleaning, sanitizing, feeding dogs and cats, walking dogs, dishes and laundry. Apply via Indeed.

RETURNED TO OWNER:
This friendly guy had a fun Saturday morning exploring the west side of Richmond, but now he's in doggy jail! We heard his owner is actively looking for him, and we dont have a space for him (he's in our outdoor kennel) so the sooner he can go home the better!

SHE IS BACK WITH US!
THANK YOU TO THE DILIGENT NEIGHBOR WHO FOUND HER!

If you see this cat outside in the area of North E. St. (1900 block) please contact our shelter. She was adopted in August, but had escaped the adopters' home and they no longer want her. We'd appreciate her being returned to our care. She is 6 years old and spayed.
