Remember this sweet mama cat and her kittens? 🐾💕

When they first came to us, mama was doing her best, but sadly she wasn’t able to provide the care and nutrition her babies needed. Because of that, one of our fosters, Molly, who is a kitten whisperer began around-the-clock bottle feeding to give these tiny kittens the chance they deserve.

Bottle babies require feedings every few hours, day and night, along with lots of monitoring, cleaning, and love. It’s exhausting work, but seeing these little ones grow stronger every day makes every sleepless night worth it. 🍼🐱

Rescue isn’t just about saving lives—it’s about providing the care they need long after they’re safe. Thank you to everyone who supports our mission and helps us give families like this one a second chance. Thank you Molly Hall for stepping in to help these little babies.

🧺🐾 Our animals have been working overtime creating laundry. We’re talking puppy blankets, kitten towels, and enough fur-covered bedding to keep a washing machine questioning its life choices. 😂

Did you know your pet has absolutely NO idea how expensive they are? 💸😅

🐶 Dogs will destroy a $40 toy…
…and then proudly carry around a random stick like they just found treasure.

🐱 Cats will ignore the fancy bed you bought…
only to sleep in the Amazon box it came in. 📦👑

And kittens? Tiny furry tornadoes fueled by chaos, wet food, and 3am zoomies. 🌪️🐾

But here’s the serious part:

🐾 More Than Just a Rescue 🐾

Every animal that comes through our doors has a story. Some were abandoned. Some were neglected. Some were born outside with no one to protect them. And some simply ran out of time somewhere else.

Our mission is simple:
❤️ Save lives
❤️ Provide medical care
❤️ Give animals safety, love, and a second chance
❤️ Find forever homes where they’ll never be forgotten again

But rescue is more than cute puppy pictures and kitten videos (although we definitely have plenty of those 😅). It’s late-night emergency calls, bottle feedings every few hours, vet visits, cleaning kennels, socializing scared animals, fundraising, transporting, and loving animals through some of the hardest moments of their lives.

We are completely fueled by community support — donations, fosters, adopters, volunteers, shares, and kind hearts that believe every life matters.

🇺🇸🐾 Memorial Day Roll Call from the Shelter Crew 🐾🇺🇸

While everyone else is firing up the grill and enjoying the long weekend… our shelter pets are still waiting for something extra special: a forever home. ❤️

Some are wishing for a backyard to zoom around in.
Some are hoping for a couch to claim as their own.
And a few are pretty sure “Memorial Day cookout leftovers” should legally belong to them. 🍔👀

Nothing beats the sound of happy kittens meowing and purring after a good meal. Every bottle, can of food, donation, and share helps these little nuggets grow bigger, stronger, louder… and somehow even MORE dramatic. 😹

Because of your support, these babies don’t have to wonder where their next meal is coming from — they just get to focus on important kitten business like screaming for snacks and falling asleep mid-purr. 💛

Kitten season is officially in full swing… and the baby buffet is running LOW. 🍼🐾

First, we want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has donated kitten formula, bottles, supplies, and funds so far. You all have been absolutely incredible. Unfortunately, this time of year the supplies disappear faster than kittens can learn how to scream for food at 3am. 😅

Right now, we are helping a sweet momma cat suffering from mastitis who can no longer safely feed her 6 babies. We are stepping in to help bottle feed her little ones while momma gets the medical care and rest she desperately needs.
