A few favorites from yesterday’s horse show 💙

What a wonderful day at Southlands. It may have been chilly and blustery, but the rings were full, the competition was great, and it was so special to spend the day surrounded by the very best of our local horse community.

Thank you to everyone who came out to ride, cheer, volunteer, help, and support. We are so grateful for this community and for all of the trainers and families who make days like this possible.

It was a pretty perfect day.

A little trip down memory lane as we get ready for Sunset at Southlands on June 20 ✨

Over the years, this evening has brought together so many people who love Southlands and believe in preserving this special place for future generations.

Some of our favorite memories have happened under that tent at sunset. Beautiful summer skies, horses in the background, incredible conversations, laughter, dancing, and the feeling of community that makes Southlands so special.

We are counting down the days until we do it all again 🤍

The rain cleared just in time and we had such a wonderful morning together marching in the Rhinebeck Memorial Day Parade.

We are always so proud to be part of this special Rhinebeck tradition and to come together in honor and remembrance of the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. ❤️🤍💙

Rain or shine, Community Day is still happening and we would LOVE to see you here ☔️🐴

Pony rides will take place in our indoor arena, vendors and activities are set up under tents and cover, and there is still so much to enjoy around the farm throughout the day.

Bring your umbrella, throw on your boots, and come spend a cozy day at Southlands with us. We’ll have pony rides, farm animals, face painting, food trucks, ice cream, live readings with Sophie Blackall, and so much more.

There is something so magical about a rainy day on the farm and we cannot wait to welcome everyone 💚

March with Southlands in the Rhinebeck Memorial Day Parade.

We’d love to have you join us as we continue one of our favorite Southlands traditions. Line up begins at 9:30 am on Monday at the intersection of North Mulberry St and Platt Ave, and the parade officially kicks off at 10:30 am.

Please wear your Southlands t shirt if you have one. Need one? We have plenty available for purchase in the office.

Join us for what is shaping up to be one of the most beautiful evenings of the summer in Rhinebeck.

Sunset at Southlands returns on Saturday, June 20 for cocktails, live music, a traditional pig roast and summertime barbecue, a riding demonstration, silent auction, and special guest speaker Richard Migliore, all beneath a beautiful white tent overlooking our historic 200 acre farm.

This special evening supports Southlands’ horses, riders, educational programs, and the preservation of the open spaces that make this place so unique.

Whether you have been part of the Southlands family for years or are discovering the farm for the first time, we hope you’ll join us for an unforgettable evening on the farm.
