Yay! Wicket just left with his new family! We are so excited for this baby, the last from his litter. This boy is so big already for his age & we can't wait to see how much bigger he gets 😻🐾♥️

A few applicants didn’t realize the location of the cat shed is Shannondale…. That may make a difference.

We are good for now. ❤️❤️❤️

We are in dire need of volunteers. Specifically ones who can help with the daily job of cleaning the cat shed and spending some time with the cats.

It’s a once a day commitment that is done on the time of your choosing. It takes between 1-2 hours depending on how much they partied the night before. 🙀

We have substitutes who jump in when there may be a conflict for you.
Days that are needing coverage are-

Saturday
Monday
Tuesday
Thursday

If anyone is interested and is not yet an approved volunteer, please go to our webpage and fill out the application.

Right now, one person has been trying to keep up with the days not covered.
Please consider a bit of your time to help us do the best job of caring for the cats in our care.

It takes a village and now we need more villagers to step up.

The Cats don't know. The Cats don't care. We neuter at 3lbs/3 months. Before the "accidental" litter. Before they learn to spray. Before the aggression starts.

I sprayed the cat wheel with liquid cat nip in hopes Vista would figure out how to use it.....correctly 🤣 Nope! She just rolled around high 🤣
Vista has been with us for over 2 years, since 7-7-23. She came in at 7-8 weeks old, had a terrible URI & was absolutely being drained by adult fleas. She ended up keeping the runny right eye. It absolutely does not affect her at all other than she hates having her eye wiped & insists on cleaning it herself. She is the "mother figure" of the nursery. She takes all the new babies under her wing & cleans them like their moms would.
Someone has to be the right person for this sweet girl. Please give her a shot to prove how much of a cuddle bug she is 😻🐾♥️
