BROILER CHICKS ARRIVING SEPT. 11, 2025
Are you looking to raise your own tasty broilers this fall? We have 100 Cornish x Rock meat chicks scheduled to arrive on Thursday, September 11.
These birds are easy to raise, and are ready for the freezer in 6-8 weeks at a dressed weight of 4-7 lbs each. Feed them a high protein feed, like Purina Flock Raiser.
They will be priced $3.50 - $4.50, depending on how many we are able to sell. These chicks are only available through preorder, we will only bring in as many as are reserved. We currently have reservations for 35. We must have 50 to get the $4.50 price, we must have 100 to get the $3.50 price.
Please call or text LINDA (The Chicken Lady) 304-261-0508 directly to order them. She can also answer any questions about raising them, and direct you to a local poultry processor if you don't want to butcher them yourself.
Chicks must be ordered by September 4 at the latest. Chicks not reserved will be cancelled on Friday, September 5. Chicks must be picked up on the same day they arrive.
