As temperatures rise, heat stroke can become a life-threatening emergency for our canine companions in just minutes.
Dogs do not sweat like humans. They rely primarily on panting to cool themselves, which means they can overheat quickly—even during a short walk, backyard play session, or time spent in a warm car.
🚨 Signs of Heat Stroke in Dogs:
• Excessive panting or difficulty breathing
• Thick, excessive drooling
• Bright red or pale gums
• Weakness or lethargy
• Vomiting or diarrhea
• Disorientation or stumbling
• Collapse
• Seizures
If you suspect your pet is suffering from heat stroke, please seek IMMEDIATE veterinary care.

• Walk during early morning or evening hours.
