🧚 Tinkerbelle🧚

Tinkerbelle has been such a good mama to her 3 little pups.. but now those pups are getting along well and will be ready for their own homes very soon. (You can see her pups in a previous post. They’re ready for foster-to-adopt homes.)

Tinkerbelle is very ready for a home of her own as well.

She needs a home where she can focus on herself again.
A home where she can be the center of someone’s attention.

Maybe a yard where she can explore, a pup sibling she can run with or an active family to take long walks or jogs with.. or maybe just a soft couch and someone to binge some great movies with, she promises to share the popcorn and not make a mess!

🧚 The Neverland puppies are coming!!!

They will ready for foster-to-adopt homes around May 12th. Save the date!!

Foster-to-adopt means you can pick the one that you’d love to have.. and welcome that pup into your home. Love and care for the pup as a foster until they become old enough to be spayed or neutered. At the time, you can finalize the adoption!!

We can’t guarantee it, but we believe they’re most likely Heeler mixes.
But we can guarantee they’re 💯 adorable!

And who doesn’t love puppies!?
All those puppy kisses and that puppy breath!!
All the snuggles, wiggles and playful energy all leading up to an epic puppy nap! Nothing like it!

We’d absolutely love to have a foster-to-adopt home for each pup by May 12th, or very soon there after!

Take a look at our sweet Faith and Nellie, two long term residents that are in foster care.

They’ve both been in our care for at least 6 months, a long time to search for a family!
But they’ve been patient and in the meantime, they’ve been learning to trust humans, and learning to be the best pup they can be!

🐶 Nellie is a silky black pup- female, 6 yrs old. Lab/Hound mix. 53 lbs, house trained, spayed and chipped.. so ready to go home with you today.

🐶 Faith- 1-2 yrs old, 48 lbs, cat friendly, house trained, spayed and chipped. Also ready to go!

Yea, listen I’m wondering if I can interest you in an absolutely gorgeous brindle fella!!??
He’s a really good pup, about a year old and 51 lbs.

See, he found himself without a place to call home and no one to care for him.

Then he found himself at a place called Giles County Animal Shelter, where he has people who cared about him, yummy food and shelter.

And that’s great.. but he’d like a little more, like a family/home of his very own!

Just one Saturday a month. That’s all it takes to change a dog’s life.

We’re building a Volunteer Adoption Event Team to help a handful of deserving dogs find their forever homes — and we’re asking you to be part of it.

Starting soon, we’ll be hosting one adoption event per month in Franklin, TN, in partnership with the Giles County Humane Association.
Each month, we’ll bring just 4–5 adoptable pups, we need compassionate, dog-loving people to make the rest happen.

We’re looking for:

1 Lead Volunteer to help set up, break down, and assist with applications

1 Driver to drive the dogs from the shelter to the event (vehicle provided by the Giles County Humane Association).

2–3 Dog Enthusiasts to walk pups, keep things tidy, and introduce our adoptables to the public

Just one Saturday a month — from 10am–3pm — could be the reason a dog finds their second chance.

Location: Franklin, TN
When: One Saturday a month (1st, 2nd, or 3rd — we’ll work with your schedule)
