Good morning, we are still full-on dogs and cats, and we are still taking sponsorships for our adoption fees. We have medium size to large dogs; we have kittens and adult cats. Dogs' adoption fee is $140, and cats' is $85 this covers the fixing, first set of vaccines, rabies vaccine, pain injection, and deworming. Our hours today are 12-6. If you can adopt, foster, or even just come walk one. We have such a high variety of animals that I'm positive that we have one to fit perfectly in your household. We also do foster to adopt, that's where you take the dog home for a few days to make sure it's the right fit, if it is then you can come adopt on our next business day. If for whatever reason if the dog is not a perfect fit, you can bring it back and are more than welcome to try a new dog. We hope to see you guys soon.

When I first started as the social media coordinator at MCAS, I started a program where the public submitted their foster/adoption success stories with us to highlight on our social media platforms throughout the week each week.
Everyone loved these, so we’re bringing them back! 🐾
I want to hear and share your stories — tell me about a foster pet, rescued pal, or adoption that held/holds a special place in your family’s heart. It doesn’t have to be a pet that came from us, and animal lovers outside of Mercer County or even outside of WV are welcome to share! I set this email up specifically to receive adoption/foster/rescue success stories.
