Happy Thursday!! But it’s my FRIDAYYYYY 🤩🤩
I don’t EVER take a day off just to take a day off, so this year I decided as a early birthday present to myself - I’m taking Friday off to do WHATEVER I WANNA DOOOOO 🙌🏻🙌🏻. Let’s be honest you’ll probably find me just deep cleaning my house and doing laundry 😂 but I’m gonna try to do “nothing” and just have some R and R!

I love when the Tanner dogs come to see me 🥰

A little wisdom on this Wednesday - sometimes I think clients think us groomers get to clock in and earn an hourly wage while here, so if a dog doesn’t show, or they cancel last minute (obviously emergency situations are very different) we just get to hang out on the clock for however long your dog was scheduled for- but unfortunately, that’s not the case. If we aren’t grooming, we aren’t getting paid. I just thought these different scenarios may help to put into perspective that we aren’t the only ones that have boundaries when it comes to these things. ❤️

Have you heard the news?! We have added a new groomer to the team!!! Andrea and I are SO thankful (cuz y’all - we are tired 😂) we have more help make your babes look great!! Meet Nora!

Hi, I’m Nora Butler. I am a certified NIACC and AKC Professional Dog Groomer and I will be working on getting my professional dog training certification in the spring of 2027. My parents own a hobby farm and I have grown up with dogs and other animals. Working with dogs has always been a passion of mine. When I’m not grooming I love working with my horses and dogs, knitting, caring for my crazy collection of house plants, playing hockey, skiing, and hiking. I am a new member of the Southwest Vet Grooming team and am excited to get to know you and your dog(s) as my journey continues😊
