✨ Meet Gojo! ✨

We want to take a moment to introduce you to this handsome guy! Gojo not only has the looks… he knows how to work the charm, too! Gojo is around 8 months old and is fully vetted, neutered, and heartworm negative. Before coming to us, he enjoyed his days at doggy daycare while his family was at work, so he already has experience being around other dogs and does well with them. He does like to think he’s the leader of the pack though! 😂

He’s potty trained, beyond sweet, and just an all-around great young dog. At only 8 months old, he’s at such a great age to grow up and become the perfect family companion. ❤️

And here's the best part… Gojo’s adoption fee is being WAIVED to an approved adopter!

Mark your calendars for September 16th because BFHS will be serving up another delicious lunch for a great cause!
🍽️ On the Menu: 🔥 Delicious smoked pork chops
🧀 Creamy baked mac & cheese
🥬 Savory green beans
🥖 A warm roll
🍪 And a cookie to finish it off!
We’ll have TWO plate options available choose either one or two smoked pork chops with all the sides!
📍 Pickup: The Sumner Room 11am-2pm
🚗 Delivery Available: With the purchase of 2 or more plates within the Sylvester city limits. (Please be sure to add delivery address and time to each ticket).
Best of all, when you purchase a plate, you’re doing more than getting a great lunch. You’re helping Best Friends Humane Society provide much-needed care for animals right here in our community. 🐶🐱

We’re getting ready for another fun evening for our community, families, and four-legged friends!

🎃 Want to participate in the Trunk or Treat?
If you, your family, business, church, or organization would like to set up a trunk, please feel free to message me here to sign up. We’d love to have you!

💉 Low-Cost Rabies Vaccines & Microchipping
Dr. Land will be joining us at the Best Friends Humane Society trailer offering low-cost rabies vaccinations and microchipping for your pets.

And we’re not finished yet! We’re working on adding even more fun activities to the evening and will continue updating everyone as the details become available.

🐕 Parade Sign-Up Begins at 5:00 PM
🐾 Parade Begins at 6:00 PM

Following the parade, stick around for the Trunk or Treat & Fall Festival with games, bounce houses, a rock-climbing slide, mini golf, FREE food and drinks, and more!

🎃 The City of Sylvester Haunted Depot will also be happening that evening!

When we first met Pixie, she was living her life on a chain. Now look at her… already being spoiled by her amazing foster family!
This is exactly why we do what we do. Watching these pups go from surviving to THRIVING makes every mile, every late night, and every bit of hard work worth it. 🐾
A HUGE thank you to All Hounds Rescue for always helping us with our pups! We know you’re going to find Pixie the most amazing forever home, just like you have for all the other pups who have made their way to you. ❤️
