Stealing from a small business may seem like a victimless act, but it hits hard. These businesses are often the backbone of communities, with owners pouring their hearts and souls into what they do. When you steal from them, you’re not just taking an item – you’re taking away their ability to support themselves, their families, and the local economy. It’s more than just a loss of goods; it’s a loss of trust and the spirit that makes small businesses unique.

I’ve been in business since late 2020, early 2021 and up until now I have never once experienced having an item stolen. To say I’m heartbroken is an understatement. I’m not naive enough to think this would never happen to me, but I was optimistic in praying and hoping it wouldn’t.

To you, it’s just a pair of earrings, but to me, thats a piece of my livelihood. And while this may not be my 9 to 5, it is my small business. I put a lot of time, money and effort into making earrings I can be proud of. I get so much joy creating things for people to wear. This has just really deflated my spirit💔
