OPEN POSITION: OPERATIONS MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS:
-CLASS B CDL
-2 years of management experience in a FeedMill or agricultural environment
-ability to climb ladders, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and work in dusty or variable weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily feed mill operations to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
• Supervise, train, and schedule mill operators and delivery drivers.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee preventative maintenance.
• Enforce quality assurance standards to guarantee feed consistency and nutritional accuracy.

-Full time M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM
*Occasional overtime
-Direct daily feed mill operations to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
-Monitor inventory
-Oversee preventive maintenance programs for heavy mill machinery & equipment.
-Enforce quality assurance
-Calm under pressure
-Self-starter who can stay busy and work independently.
-Willingness to learn and take initiative

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys physical work, and working in an agricultural environment.

Looking for a motivated individual to fill an Operations Manager position. Responsibilities would include - Overseeing employees, managing day to day feed order assembly and manufacturing, Overseeing equipment and facilities maintenance, general Feed Mill labor, and Customer Satisfaction.
