Happy July! The warm weather is in full swing, which means all sorts of critters are coming out to play, much to the joy of our next Feature Friend! Meet Clover, a 3-year-old Norwich Terrier who will scream his way right into your heart!

Clover may be small, but it seems like no one told him that. His mom says that one of his best traits is his attentiveness, he will protect you no matter what. She’s pretty sure he thinks he’s a German Shepherd most days. In addition to keeping his mom safe, his time at home is often spent patrolling his backyard. He absolutely loves to hunt all the chipmunks and squirrels and could happily spend his entire day keeping them in check.

Clover is a Mainer, through and through. He’s happy as a clam to be an Old Port pup, and you can catch him walking the eastern prom most weekends.

When he’s not keeping a watchful eye on things at home or the Old Port, of course he loves coming to Roscoe’s! He absolutely loves all of his friends, 4 legged and 2 legged alike. The Roscoe’s team affectionately calls him Groundhog, but he also goes by Clovie, Clovis, Mr. Jandreau and Muffin. Clover is perhaps best known for his vocal talents, as his excited screech can be heard far and wide.

We’re so lucky to have plucked this Clover, and we can’t wait to spend many more days with him, singing the song of his people! You can keep up-to-date with his adventures on Instagram , we highly recommend it!
