Muffin has been adopted! 🐾

This wonderful family came back to adopt their third kitty from us, and this time they chose Muffin! She’ll be joining Cheeto (formerly Marty) and Olive in her new home.

Muffin was our profile picture kitten for barely 24 hours before finding her forever family—talk about a successful debut! It certainly doesn’t hurt that she’s such a sweet, affectionate girl! 😻

Thank you for opening your hearts and home to another one of our rescue kitties. Wishing the whole family lots of happy years together! 🏡💕

Blair has found her forever home! 🐾💕

Our beautiful tabico wasn’t thrilled with life at the store and wasn’t shy about showing her spicy side! Thankfully, Holly saw past those first impressions and adopted her yesterday afternoon.

Blair now has a dog sister, Callie, and a cat sister, Nala—a familiar setup for a girl who was fostered with cats and a large-breed dog.

And the happy updates have already begun! After lots of playtime, Blair is starting to open up and even welcomed some pets this morning. Sometimes a little patience and a home of your own make all the difference. ❤️

Thank you, Holly, for giving Blair the chance to settle in and shine! 🏡

Updated! After posting this update we received even better pics of Blair in her new home. She’s now able to be held and pet. And her new name is Asteroid or Ash (for short). 🥰

Tater has found his family and a sweet new name: Cannoli! 🐾❤️

Adopter Michael came in with his parents to meet Tater, and the two hit it off. After losing his beloved cat Johnny a few months ago, Michael was ready to welcome another cat into his heart. Seeing how comfortable Tater was with him, we had a feeling this was a wonderful match.

Cannoli joins cat brothers W***y and Rocco, both adopted from Kent Animal Shelter, where Michael previously volunteered in the cattery. He’s joining a family with plenty of love for rescue cats!

Michael has already sent us these lovely photos of Cannoli in his new home. We couldn’t be happier for them and wish the whole family many happy years together! 🥰

Happy adoption news for Frankie, aka Frankenstein! 🐾❤️

This sweet boy was adopted right from his foster home before he even made his debut at our Port Jeff Station adoption center!

Frankie had to have a ruptured eye removed, but he’s doing well in his new home—and as you can see, he’s already getting cozy with his canine sibling. 🥰

His siblings Blair, Ghost and Monster are currently at Port Jeff, hoping their forever families will find them soon.

Happy life, Frankie! Thank you to his foster family and adopters for giving him such a wonderful new beginning. ❤️

Willow is a beautiful tortishell kitty who didn’t feel comfortable in our Port Jeff Station adoption center. She was brought back to her foster home. Luckily, her new mom found her posted on petfinder. Now she’s in her new home and already feeling comfortable relaxing on the couch. We’re so proud of you, Willow! Congratulations to you and your new family 🧡

We wanted to thank Health Extension for their large donation of canned cat food to various rescues, including ours. Thank you to Dawn Mistler and Lori Usak for thinking of us. 🐾

A happy update from Oliver’s family! 🖤🤍

Adopted a couple of months ago, Oliver was a volunteer favorite, so it’s especially sweet to see him enjoying life with his loving family and three feline siblings. He’s formed a special bond with Stella, their playful two-year-old Maine C**n, while the family’s two other orange and white kitties are a bonded pair of their own!

Enjoy these pictures of Oliver, both on his own and with his furry family. We love seeing our former rescue kitties settled into their forever homes. 🐾
