☑️ Decreased appetite or weight loss
☑️ Hiding more than usual
☑️ Reluctance to jump or climb
☑️ Limping or stiffness
☑️ Changes in grooming habits (over-grooming or not grooming at all)
☑️ Changes in litter box habits
☑️ Irritability or aggression when touched

Here’s a simple checklist you can use at home. If you notice your dog showing any of these signs, it’s time to schedule an appointment for a full evaluation and pain management plan:

☑️ Limping or difficulty getting up/down
☑️ Decreased activity or reluctance to play/walk
☑️ Whining, yelping, or changes in vocalization
☑️ Changes in appetite or sleep patterns
☑️ Licking, biting, or chewing at specific areas
☑️ Aggression or withdrawal when touched
☑️ Difficulty climbing stairs or jumping
