Over the past month, we’ve experienced an unusually high number of no-shows, late arrivals, and last-minute cancellations. As a small business, we rely on clients keeping their scheduled appointments—missed appointments result in lost income and impact our ability to serve others.

We kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance, unless extenuating circumstances arise. Arriving on time also ensures we can provide the best care and attention to each pet.

We truly love what we do, and we appreciate your continued support in helping us provide the highest level of service. Thank you for understanding.
