A new Beginner Nose Work session begins this Wednesday, June 24th at 5:30 pm.

Your nose work says “YES” it wants you to sign it up for the nose work “Out and About” this Sunday, June 21st. Training time slots start at 9 am.

Kim will be hosting the “Out and About” at the park west of the Lincoln presidential Museum downtown Springfield.

Cost is $25 (cash or Venmo)

Dogs should be experienced in sourcing odor hides or she can pair with the odor hide for your dog.

Got Good Manners?

Having a dog with Good Manners makes summer outings more fun! ☀️

You can take your good-mannered dog to the park, on picnics, outdoor eateries, camping, family reunions, baseball games, etc.

Our new 6-week summer session of Good Manners Class starts on Thursday, July 9th. We have classes at 2 pm, 5:30 pm and 7 pm available.

The fit dog walk at the IL State fairgrounds is cancelled tonight due to the weather.

It is rescheduled to this Thursday evening at 7:15. Same location - meet up in front of the Exhibitioon Building.

I love my job! Yesterday afternoon the baby nose work dogs did their first exterior searches in the parking lot and looked for their yummy treats on an item in the search area. It was 70 degrees, sunny with a breeze - perfect day!

This Saturday, May 9th, Kim Dykstra will be hosting a Nose Work "Out and About" at in Springfield. Location is B
The IL State Fairgrounds in Springfield. She has a few openings available if your dog would like to join the fun. Available time slots start at 2:20 pm. Cost Is $25 (cash or venmo).

Kim will assign time slots for each individual team.

Dogs should be experienced in sourcing odor hides or she can also pair (your treat that you bring) with the odor hide. Let Kim know ahead of time if you will need the hides to be paired.
