IMPORTANT CHANGES FOR RYSHER FARMS!!! I want to first thank everyone who entrusted ur beloved dogs to us this past year! You all made us successful beyond our belief! However, I do have to make some changes in our reservation policy now because of events these past holidays. As u know we book u full way in advance n always have to turn people away and over Thanksgiving and Christmas and now new years, we have had 11 people not show up and no call or text. This caused us to have empty spaces we could not fill at last minute. Not only was these no shows a financial loss, but we could have helped 11 others we had turned away. I totally understand plans change but if u have a reservation for ur dogs n decide or change plans or whatever the reason, I just don't understand why u cannot lmk so we can help others. For this reason, starting Jan 1st, if u aw making a reservation over any holiday, I will require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $100 to b paid by Venmo or check to b received at least 5 days prior to ur drop off date. If u don't have venmo, its very secure n easy to download. I am attaching my QR code for venmo n you van save it ur account. Im very sorry to have to implement this however I don't know what else to do. I've always had a cancelation policy however I've actually NEVER enforced it. Again, I want to sincerely thank everyone for allowing us to care for ur babies here at Rysher Farms. Its always been my passion and because of your all, I get to live my dream 365 days a year! Wishing u all a happy n prosperous new year!!!!

We are so blessed with so many beautiful babies their owners trust us to love while they're gone! We've had to turn down so many we just couldn't fit in.🥺 If u will be traveling, PLEASE call us as soon as u know ur dates so you'll be sure to get ur baby's spot reserved!!

Tossing around the idea of doing some horse boarding again at Rysher Farms! Before I spend money doing updates, just seeing if there's any interest? We're 10 minutes from Veterans and Jefferson. I've been told most places around here are full. This would be 'self service ' boarding and owners would be responsible for daily feedings and cleaning (if stall board). Pasture ONLY boarding would be 350 and stall board 400. We're only going to accept 5 horses so it'll b quiet and relaxing....if u want more info or would be interested, please call or text me at 217-494-8496. Thank u!!!

I totally understand there are people today that are happy reverse the way the election went as well as ppl that aren't happy. Each and every one of us has a right to our own opinion. And a right to vote for the person that we choose to. Just because we vote for a person doesn't change the person that we are and have always been. As a business owner, I have many liberal friends and clients that I have loved and cared for their dogs for many years. It's no I secret I'm a conservative. My political affiliation has absolutely NOTHING to do with how i feel about my liberal friends. Nor does it have anything to do with how i love n care for their dogs. I absolutely cannot understand how if u r conservative that the liberals can no longer be friends with u or allow u to continue to care for their dogs. Nothing has changed EXCEPT their self absorbed illusion that only their views are correct and if urs differ you are no longer worthy of being a friend or a service provider for them. Yes this is EXACTLY WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COUNTRY!!!
