🐾 Community Health Update 🐾

We’ve been informed by several trusted local veterinarians that there’s been a recent uptick in upper respiratory infections (kennel cough) in our area.

💬 What does that mean for you and your pup?
It’s not a reason to panic — but it is a great reminder to stay informed and proactive when it comes to your dog’s health.

💡 At John K9, we’re committed to doing everything we can to keep our facility clean, safe, and healthy — and we currently have no dogs showing symptoms. That said, we always want to keep our community in the loop.

🔍 Keep an eye out for signs of kennel cough:
• Dry, hacking cough
• Sneezing or nasal discharge
• Low energy or appetite

📞 If your dog is showing any symptoms, we recommend checking in with your vet right away.

✅ What we’re doing:
• Increased sanitization protocols
• Monitoring all dogs closely
• Working hand-in-hand with veterinary professionals
