Today was a true holiday miracle! I am thrilled to express my pride in my team's exceptional performance. Joey's game plan, established early this morning, demonstrated his confidence in our ability to complete all scheduled appointments, even in the face of a power outage that persisted until after 12pm. This confidence, coupled with a heartwarming act of kindness from Mr. Bowmaster, propelled our team to success. We managed to complete the last of today's appointments by 4 oclock. I am deeply grateful to work with such a talented and dedicated team, including Joey, Kristen, Nathaniel, Ryan, Logan, and Brittany, who is currently recovering at home and remains in our thoughts during this holiday season. 🎄🙏❤️🎄

This morning, a power outage occurred in Downtown Plant City when a vehicle collided with and snapped an electric pole. I truly hope they are okay and recover well! Our grooming family knows first hand just how devastating a car accident can be. Our hearts are with them.

Despite this unexpected event, my team is working hard to prepare for our scheduled appointments, and we are optimistic that the power will be restored soon. I am grateful for the understanding and cooperation of our clients, who recognized that this situation was beyond our control and that we were making efforts to adjust our schedule accordingly. 🙏🙏❤️❤️

However, I was disappointed by the extremely rude behavior displayed by some individuals towards my family during this difficult morning, and I would like to point out that this incident has had a broader impact.

With the week being shorter than usual, we aim to accommodate as many of our clients as possible before the holiday celebrations start. Please be aware that appointments are filling up quickly, so we advise booking in advance to avoid being placed on our waitlist. Your support means everything to our small family operated salon. Whether you've been with us for years or just joined this season, you're a part of what makes this place feel special!
