Hey guys! I've had quite a few lately want later appointments and I know I've explained it before but here it is again- my husband works overnights, which means he gets off his 12 hour shift at 8am, he would like to go to sleep afterwards which means I need to groom early otherwise hes working a 12 hour shift then having to watch our very active ( almost 2! Year old) kiddo for hours afterwards- if im scheduling someone at 10am, I won't be out of the shop til noon. Thats a pretty long time.
I was trying to get later dogs in at emrys nap time but the couple times a scheduled those people ran later dropping off or picking up and so I've taken that back off the table. I need appointment times kept, if you run late ( im talking more than 10 minutes) it messes up my schedule and my home life and I refuse to do it anymore.
The earlier the better for scheduling especially if you or I dont want emrys around your dog.
If you're 15 minutes late I will turn you away even if you decide to show up anyway.
