Old Country Animal Clinic Old Country Animal Clinic Dr. Monaco was born and raised in Queens. He was a Biology major and received his BA from New York University in 1985.

He had the privilege of attending Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated as class salutatorian in 1990. He founded the Old Country Animal Clinic in 1995. He is a Diplomate of The American Board of Veterinary Practitioners and specializes in Avian medicine and surgery.
