Please, we need some small dog fosters 🙁

We are helping an older couple who can no longer take care of their dogs - all small. I went to see some of them yesterday. They were a little timid, not barky or mean.

We might be able to send a few to rescue this month, but more likely it will be September.

This week the Plainview Lions Club / Jimmy Dean Festival granted us some funds. ❤️ We said that unexpected vet care needs arise regularly -
And the next day we were contacted about a dog in need. 😞
Betty is about 10 years old. She was dumped on a highway. She has a mammary tumor that needs to be removed.
We will apply grant funds to her surgery, which is set August 10.

We greatly appreciate the Lions Club for their support! ❤️

😱 Look at the cute, cute ears!

This guy was dumped on a property in Idalou 😡 (no end to evil people). Property owner did the very responsible thing and took the dog in for neuter and shots! ❤️

Now the dog needs a home or rescue! He is very friendly! About 6 mo, 35 lbs

Please message if interested. Let’s find the guy a safe place!

We couldn’t overlook this post - 100 degrees, dumped where there isn’t water or food.
But thank you to the construction worker who pointed out where they were hiding!

So now we have them. We have a foster for 2. Would anyone else like to foster?

And may bad karma rain down quickly on the

Greta has a WI adopter and she wished Happy Birthday to her new mom! 🎊

Greta was found in weeds by an abandoned house in Plainview. She sat for months in TX with ZERO adoption interest. Now she has been in WI for less than 1 month and has a home!
