🐾 Appointment Deposit Policy Reminder🐾

Due to a high volume of new client requests, all new client appointments at ReBarkable now require a non-refundable booking deposit to reserve your appointment time.

• Deposits are required for ALL new clients, including same-day and next-day appointments.
• Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• Deposit invoices for short-notice appointments are due immediately unless otherwise specified.
• If the deposit is not paid by the deadline provided, the appointment slot will automatically be released and may be offered to another client.
• Deposits will be applied toward the cost of your grooming appointment.

This policy helps us reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows so we can better serve committed clients and keep our schedule running smoothly for everyone. 💚

Next week, we will receive our samples of the new Cherry Blossom Silky by Nature's Specialties! Saturday is the scheduled delivery date, and if we find it equally impressive as their Plum Silky, we will consider using them interchangeably!
