🐾 Appointment Deposit Policy Reminder🐾
Due to a high volume of new client requests, all new client appointments at ReBarkable now require a non-refundable booking deposit to reserve your appointment time.
• Deposits are required for ALL new clients, including same-day and next-day appointments.
• Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• Deposit invoices for short-notice appointments are due immediately unless otherwise specified.
• If the deposit is not paid by the deadline provided, the appointment slot will automatically be released and may be offered to another client.
• Deposits will be applied toward the cost of your grooming appointment.
This policy helps us reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows so we can better serve committed clients and keep our schedule running smoothly for everyone. 💚
