Another case of animal cruelty. This litter of 10 were dumped out in the country, in freezing weather and no way to fend for themselves. Out there, they are nothing but coyote bait. This is in Castro county.

If this sickens you like it does the finder of these puppies as well as myself, contact your State Representatives
