Binko’s Pymatuning Lake Chili, Co. is a culmination of backyard, family tradition and warm memories of simple times.

I sincerely hope you enjoy tasting my sauces as much as I enjoy creating them. Over the Pennsylvania border in Ohio, in the woods surrounding Pymatuning Lake, sit the remnants of an old fishing-trailer, where my friends used to gather. Year round, I’d cook them homemade chili over an open fire, using a variety of peppers grown in my dad’s garden. Later, I poured my love of peppers and cooking into crafting unique and flavorful sauces.

Stopped by Cheese Plus today to finally meet Aldin, the new buyer, and drop off some BINKO’S samples for the team to use in house and out in their parklet.

We’re also restocked, and along with our other award winning sauces, the 2oz bottles of our Calabrian Queen Truffle sauce, a 1st place winner in this year’s International Artisan Flavor Awards is now available as well 💥

BINKO’s West Coast team has been busy this season! 🙌🏽 We are proud to announce that you can find now BINKO’s on the counter AND for sale at Rusty Ladle in the Outer Sunset of San Francisco!

Owners a John and Kristin have curated a fun and homey space, with an eclectic, penny-top counter and newly built parklet just out front. Only a few blocks from the beach, Rusty Ladle is perfect for enjoying comforting, homemade soups (and spice) in chili San Francisco, beach-side weather. You can also stop in to their art gallery, right next door 🖼️

Fun fact: BINKO‘s was actually born at 45th and Judah in the Outer Sunset, overlooking the inspiring expanse of the Pacific Ocean. So it is both endearing and full circle that we are now featured at Rusty Ladle, just around the corner from our old haunt.

So before or after a brisk Ocean Beach walk, stop in and pair our spicy pepper sauces with Rusty Ladle’s hearty, scrumptious soups. 🔥And pick up a bottle of BINKO’s to-go 💗
