Reminder!!! We are closed today, but we’ll be back in the shop first thing tomorrow morning to get caught up with everyone! We took a quick family trip over the weekend and are currently heading home. Since we don't have our appointment book with us, we aren't able to schedule or answer specific booking questions right now. Hi everyone! We have a quick shop update and a few requests for you.

First, we apologize if you’ve had trouble reaching us lately! We’ve been dealing with some frustrating phone glitches, so we are upgrading our shop phone this week. So hopefully that gets everything back on track.
Please remember we are closed on weekends & Mondays and will respond when we're back in the shop!

We also have a few ways you can help us out:

* Bring your spare grocery bags! We’ve started using them at our dog waste station and it’s been a huge help.
* Waste bag etiquette: If you need a dog waste bag, please just grab a few for your current needs. We love being able to provide them, but we’ve been running through our stock way too fast lately! $47 every 2-3 days is not something we can do. So please do not grab whole rolls for your house. (Yes this is a thing that was happening)
* We need towels! If you’re doing some spring cleaning and have old towels you’re looking to get rid of, we’d love to take them off your hands. They don’t have to be fancy—the more used, the better!

📢 Important Update from Ayla's 🐾

We want to sincerely apologize for the delays in our responses and any inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, as many of you know, our air conditioning broke down last week making it quite difficult to accommodate our furry friends, especially the larger ones. During this heat wave. We’ve been doing our best to take care of a few smaller dogs during this time, but we know many of you have been trying to reach us for appointments.

We have been scrambling every morning to call & reach out to those appointments that day to reschedule what appointments we need to or see what we are able to do. It has been very chaotic!

The good news is that we’ve been informed that the replacement part they've been waiting for should arrive today! However, we want to ensure everything is working perfectly before we start rescheduling any appointments. Your pets' comfort and safety are our top priorities.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. As soon as we have confirmation, we will begin reaching out to everyone to get you and your pups back in for those much-needed grooming sessions. Thank you for hanging in there with us!

Good morning!
Unfortunately our air conditioning broke down last week, and our landlord just let us know that the repair technician won't be able to fix it until later this week. As many of you may understand, this situation really impacts our groomers who depend on that income.
So, I’m reaching out to see if anyone has a portable air conditioner that doesn’t require an external exhaust that we could borrow for a few days. This would help our groomers be able to work on at least a couple of dogs each day. Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!

note** if we cannot figure a temporary solution we will be reaching out to reschedule appointments & are very sorry for the inconvenience
