I guess I should’ve posted this earlier, but I’ve been working and I’ve been very busy. The city of Piqua will not allow me to have my business in my building that I own, where my business has been located since I bought the building. So I cannot reopen it. The city wants a restaurant bar or retail put into the building that I own. So saying that I have the building up for sale it will have to be cash sale only. I have it on the marketplace. If anyone is interested, please message me and if I don’t get right back to you right away, I’m sorry I don’t get on Facebook all the time.
