It’s hard to see people steal walls, gates and bars out of barns my dad has built, fencing gates installed by a community of loving laborers, and destroy fencing that took finances, time and help to build. The law should protect the landlords. God has us and He always has. We will recover. Our roots are strong! This Land will be dedicated to the purposes God has for it. Thank You Father for restoration and new beginnings. Once the place is secured from those destroying it we will begin documenting the restoration process for the world to see how God can bring great things from bad situations. Sadly they still refuse to leave. Slick minds know how to hold land hostage by tying up legal proceedings. A lease that ended in 2023. They hold onto a forged extension. Never have I had the opportunity to have my voice heard before a judge. I have learned squatters don’t deserve rights above hard working land owners! The eviction process should be in superior court above someone suing you for peacefully enjoying on the land when you start evicting them. If someone destroys or steals your property you should have the right to remove them immediately. Sadly, our laws are not written to protect the honest, and lawful ones. I am eternally grateful that in my Father’s courts, God reigns!
Thank you to Harris County Sheriff Department who has stood beside me through all of this. I greatly appreciate you guys and hate that your hands are often tied, but you still show up, support, and protect.
Thank you to all that continue to pray for us. We all know God’s got this. I can not wait to begin posting celebrations of restoration, dedication and seeing God’s purpose be reflected in all the land here at Big Bear Farm.
All for the Glory of God!!!
