Dental problems with your fur babies? Time for Doggie Dentures! An easy fix...but also not a real one!

So what CAN you do for your pet whose teeth are getting a little discolored and smelly? Schedule a COHAT with us! That stands for comprehensive oral health assessment and treatment, and it is far more than just a teeth cleaning. Our veterinarian and support staff will take dental radiographs, check tooth mobility, extract the teeth that need to go, and of course scale and polish the ones that stay!

If you'd like more information, or to schedule an exam to discuss options, give us a call at 602-944-9661

Today is National Napping Day! 💤 Luckily us Arizonans (mostly) don't have to worry about losing an hour to Daylight Saving Time starting, but that doesn't mean we can't still enjoy a good nap. In fact, the Palo Verde staff pets would like to show you how much they find napping to be an every day necessity!

Do your pets love napping too? Share your pics in the comments!

Today is National Walking the Dog Day!

Assistant Manager Tig absolutely loves walks and all the sniffs and friends they bring! Not only are walks fun, but they are beneficial for our canine companions by promoting healthy weight, stimulating the mind, and reducing boredom-related behaviors.

Make sure your dogs have a secure harness/collar, water options if it's a long walk, and an up to date microchip just in case!

Share your photos of what your dogs enjoy about their walks below!

February is National Cat Health Month, and all about keeping our feline friends happy, healthy, and thriving! Cats are masters at hiding illness, so regular care and early detection are key.

Make sure your feline friends are getting yearly exams (sometimes more often for the seniors) as well as routine blood work and vaccines. Kitties need to stay hydrated, so make sure they have lots of options for water. They also need to have a diet that's appropriate for their age, as well as regular dental care.

A little prevention goes a long way in giving your cat a long, healthy life. If you want to make sure your feline is feeling fine, make an appointment with us today! 602-944-9661

🐾 National Pet Theft Awareness Day 🐾

Today we raise awareness about the heartbreaking reality that pet theft happens more often than many people realize. Our pets are family, and it’s up to all of us to help keep them safe.

Make sure your pets have microchips and that the information is updated! Keep pets supervised outdoors, have ID tags on them, and make sure gates and fences are secure. It's also a good idea to have current pictures of your pets, especially pre- and post-groom photos for those fluffy dogs that get regular spa days!

Let’s protect our furry family members today and every day! If your pet isn't microchipped, give us a call so we can schedule an appointment. 602-944-9661
