National Dog Day? Around here, that’s basically every day.

We get to spend our days with dogs being dogs. Running wild, making best friends, getting dirty, causing a little chaos and having an absolute blast.

And somehow, we get to call this work.

We’re here because we love dogs. Period. And we’re pretty damn grateful you trust us with yours.

Happy National Dog Day to the crew that makes Katz the best place to show up every day.

BREAKING: We’ve been notified that a canine client is releasing a Netflix documentary about their stay at Katz Dogs K9.

We respect their right to tell their story.

We also respectfully request that the jury review the footage of the zoomies, tail wags, and 47 new best friends before reaching a verdict. 😉

A formal complaint was filed 🤪

With the heat and poor air quality, we’re keeping outdoor time short and purposeful today. Some tips to keep in mind:

* Keep potty breaks and outdoor play brief.
* Choose shorter walks and avoid the hottest part of the day whenever possible.
* Make sure fresh water is always available.
* If your dog is a senior, a flat-faced breed (Bulldogs, Pugs, Frenchies, etc.), or has heart or respiratory conditions, limit outdoor exposure even further and monitor them closely.

A little disappointment and doggy drama today is worth keeping our dogs safe. ❤️
