Joyful Walks & More L.L.C. – June Updates
Good afternoon, everyone!
I want to start by saying a heartfelt thank you for your continued support. It means the world to me to care for your beloved pets and be a trusted part of your families. I’m truly grateful to be in business and to provide the best care possible for every pet I serve.
Here are a few important updates for Joyful Walks & More L.L.C.:
🐾 CPR & First Aid Certified
I’m excited to share that I completed a Pet CPR & First Aid Certification in May! This training ensures I’m even better prepared to handle emergencies and give you peace of mind when your pets are in my care.
📄 Contracts Coming Soon
Client contracts are complete and will be sent out this month via PetPocketBook. All clients will be required to sign the contract in order to receive services. I’ll make a separate post once they’re officially live!
🕒 Updated Business Hours
* Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
* Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Sunday: Closed (except for pre-booked overnight stays)
❗Please note: If I approve a Sunday or service (other than overnight stays) outside of business hours , a 50% additional fee will apply due to it being outside standard business hours. This will start taking place starting August 1st.
🎉 Holiday Fees
A 50% holiday fee will be added for services booked on the following days: Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

Please use PetPocketBook for:

💳 I accept payments via PetPocketBook, cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, and checks.
NEW‼️: Late Payment Policy
Late payments will incur a $5/day fee. If you’re experiencing financial difficulties, I completely understand—just communicate with me in advance to avoid additional charges.
📬 Invoices
Invoices are sent out every Monday morning via email. Please keep an eye out to stay up-to-date with payments.
📆 Scheduled Time Off: August 17–22, I’ll be taking time off from August 17th to 22nd. I’ll contact regular clients individually to remind them, but please plan ahead as I will not be available during those dates.
