A rare sight: two pairs of cats grooming each other on the tree. Sam is grooming Monty on the higher bed and Pepper is grooming Chester on the lower bed. Amazingly, these bonds formed at the cafe! 😻

After 10 months at the cafe, Lord Briar is in his furrever home! He’s already exploring, playing, and working on even cuter poses.

Many thanks go out to his fan club of supporters who helped us address his severe intestinal issues by funding expert medical care. After a slew of internal medicine visits, medication and food trials, a nutrition consult, and a f***l transplant, this week he was well enough to finally go home.

We’re grateful to all the volunteers who loved this Flame Point Siamese bundle of love through his really poopy days with a special shoutout to his new mama who came to see him every day no matter the weather.

We can’t wait to see updates of this truly special and resilient boy thriving in his new digs. We’ll miss you, Lord Briar!

Happy 3rd birthday, Monty! 🎉 He was rescued as a stray by about a year ago. Monty is a fun, sweet, friendly and playful cat. He is often the “comfort cat” to new cats who come in. Some of Monty’s favorite things include eating Delectables and Greenies, playing with his Go Cat Mouse Wand, and snuggling with his best friend Sam. We found Monty and Sam looking longingly out the window, perhaps making a birthday wish? What do you think his birthday wish is? Monty and Sam are available to be adopted, preferably ad a pair as they have grown close.
