As the 2025 NRCHA Stallion Stakes come to a close and we take a moment to reflect, we are filled with pride and gratitude.
Mahogany Teakwood started off strong with a 217.5 in the Rein Work and a 218 in the Herd Work. Although a tough cow down the fence kept him out of the finals, we remain incredibly excited about his future. This is just the beginning for such a talented young horse, and we are proud to have him in our program.
Call Me A Cool Cat delivered a consistent performance in the Open Bridle, finishing in the Top 10 and adding another check to his name. Congratulations to owner Cathy Bardos.
And then there is Ive Been Everywhere, better known as Governor. We have always believed in him. After a standout 2024 futurity season, he continues to grow stronger and more confident. The Open Derby Finals featured an outstanding group of horses, and he rose to the challenge with poise and professionalism. With this run, he surpassed $150,000 in lifetime earnings, becoming the highest money earner by Call Me Mitch to date. It feels especially fitting that he was the one to help Mitch cross the Million Dollar Sire milestone. We could not have asked for a more memorable night. Congratulations to Mike and Jessica Draper on this incredible accomplishment, and thank you for trusting us with such a remarkable horse.
To everyone who supports us, stands beside us, cheers us on, and believes in our program, thank you. None of this would be possible without you.
A special congratulations to our friend Corey Cushing Performance Horses on a well-deserved victory. We are thrilled for you.
Next up is Scottsdale, Arizona for the NRCHA Western Derby. We will see you there.
