🚨✂️ VALKYRIE’S SPAY FUND ✂️🚨

We have til may 26 to collect 600.

After carrying, delivering, feeding, cleaning, supervising, and emotionally supporting TEN lil land sharks… Valkyrie would like to formally announce that her uterus is officially CLOSED FOR BUSINESS. 🙅‍♀️🐾

She has worked overtime.
No breaks.
No paid vacation.
No maternity leave.
And frankly… these kids have been nursing like they’re training for an Olympic event. 🥛🥴

Now it’s finally HER turn.

Valkyrie needs her spay so she can stop worrying about motherhood and start focusing on the important things in life:
✨ snacks
✨ naps
✨ avoiding responsibility
✨ reclaiming ownership of her own ni***es
✨ and judging everyone from the couch in peace

And honestly… have you ever looked into the eyes of a woman who has raised TEN toddlers at the same time? 😭😂

Valkyrie has seen things.
She hears phantom crying in her sleep.
She flinches every time someone says “mom.”
She hasn’t peed alone in weeks. 🚽🐾

At this point, she doesn’t want another boyfriend.
She wants a spa day, a cheeseburger, and financial compensation for emotional damages. 💅🍔

So we are begging the internet… please help us get Valkyrie spayed and send this exhausted mama into her ✨Golden Girls Era✨ where the only babies attached to her are stuffed animals and the only thing she’s producing is dramatic sighs. 😂

Adonis is a 6-year-old fawn Doberman with a gentle spirit and a heart full of love. For the first six years of his life, he was cherished by a wonderful family who did their very best to care for him. Sadly, his journey has been filled with challenges from the start. As a puppy, he endured a home ear crop by his breeder, and in recent months, his health has taken a dramatic turn for the worse.

Adonis began losing weight at an alarming rate, dropping 20 pounds in just a few months and becoming very thin. His family spared no expense on veterinary diagnostics, but they were unable to find answers. Overwhelmed by mounting bills and desperate to give Adonis the care he needed, they made the heartbreaking decision to surrender him to Great Babies Rescue.

Since arriving at the rescue, Adonis has continued to struggle. He suffers from severe skin allergies and lesions all over his body, and he experiences ongoing diarrhea. Despite an initial vet visit and multiple medications, his condition remains a mystery. He is extremely emaciated, making it unsafe to neuter him until he regains his strength. Adonis is a sweet, well-mannered dog who gets along with people and other dogs, and we believe he may even do well with cats.

The funds raised will go directly toward Adonis's ongoing veterinary care. He will need follow-up visits, additional medications, possible supplements, special food, and potentially injections. When he is healthy enough, he will also need to be neutered, brought up to date on his vaccinations, and tested for his blood clotting factor with pre-surgical blood work.

We want everyone to know how much smaller rescues like ours appreciate every dollar sent. 100% of your donation goes directly to the care of the animals, and our team is made up entirely of volunteers. Your support means the world to Adonis and to all of us at the rescue. Thank you for helping us give him the second chance he deserves.

As many of you know, my heart belongs to rescue and rehabilitation , and I’ve seen firsthand how the right support can change a rescue dog's life. It took me years and years and learning as I went to figure out what worked and what didn’t work. Countless phone calls and messages asking for help on what could me a less stressful time. I’m not a professional author but I am happy to share what knowledge I have obtained in a ‘how to ‘ guide. This is a guide to bringing a rescue dog home , not a brand new puppy.

After years of working with incredible dogs, I wanted to create a guide that focuses on the decompression phase. Not just over the phone conversations that slip the mind. I truly believe that knowledge is the key to success—when we understand what our dogs are feeling during those first few weeks, we set them up for a lifetime of happiness.

I’m also proud to share that Great Babies has now including this book in every foster and adoption package. (Thank you Michelle Reichmann and Terry Havens Holzheimer♥️) . My goal is to ensure that every person who welcomes one of our dogs has the tools and guidance they need right at their fingertips. Somewhere to prepare , question and understand the process.

Whether you are a new adopter or a long-time foster, I hope these pages help you navigate the journey of bringing a rescue pup home.

While the book is not expected to make a lot of money ,a portion of all of my book sales, past and present always go back into rescue because we know, every dollar counts . The goal was the help people ♥️ .

Good Morning Facebook Friends Family and Followers
First I want to start this with a Thank you
For all the amazing people who support this rescue and other rescues. Truthfully none of us could do this without you. Your dedication your support both emotional and financial.
But I do have something to feel I need to say because I think a lot of people don't realize it.
If you make a pledge to a rescue or a commitment to assist with a bill for a rescue.
We step out in that face with our vet teams to save dogs based on commitments we believe we have.
They are life-changing they allow small rescues to do great things.
However
When you make a commitment and you do not follow through you do just the opposite you set us up to fail.
You set us up not to be able to pay that vet bill that saved that animal.
You set us up not to have vets to be able to save the next one.
Our vets work tirelessly many hours nights and days coming in to help us save animals that others won't touch.
All 4 Paws in Georgetown KY and Dr Aimee Wade.
Is not once ever not answered my call night or day to save an animal in need.
We have a very large Bill there right now that I don't know how to pay.
Because someone committed to pay for dog surgery. For and emergency.
Sadly they have not followed through. Despite telling me they sent the check not ones but twice.
And now do not respond.
We stepped up and saved this girl Dr Amiee and her team did there part to save her. We have worked to pay her bill and give her the best.
But there is still a huge outstanding bill.
We can't fundraise for this. Because we already have. The funds received went to All 4 Paws
With the exception of the commitment that did not follow through
Sadly because of this person
We have failed to get Dr Aimee Paid as we promised
Putting our reputation and the future of others needing her help in jeopardy

Please don't make commitments You are not going to follow through on.
Because when you do you become part of the problem not the solution
Because of this person.
The next emergency may die because of lack of vet service.
Dr Aimee is the reason Pandora and many others are alive
To feel we have failed her like this is wrong.
