So it seems like I am running into this more and more lately, when you drop off your pups I usually give a pickup time they will be done or I tell you I will call you 30 minutes ahead of done and let you know and I always ask do you need a bigger heads up than that? And yet somehow people are showing up 20-30 minutes or an hour late to pickup. For one thing with my scheduling process that takes away my kennel space for incoming dogs, but it has also become an issue where I am not getting a lunch or a break at all throughout the day because I am waiting on pickups. Please be mindful of my time just as I am mindful of yours. It helps everything run smooth in my shop and keeps me refreshed to give each and every dog my full attention.

Monday- Closed
Tuesday 9-5
Wednesday - Closed
Thursday 9-5
Friday 9-5
Saturday 9-5
Sunday - Closed

If I cannot fit everyone in on the 4 open days I will re-adjust. Please be patient with me as we get used to the new schedule. Thank you!

As a reminder please let me know if you aren’t going to be able to make your appointment times. Today I have had 3 circumstances that were no shows or I had to reschedule due to being late. As a small business owner that is a loss of time and income. I’m pretty relaxed on my rescheduling policy so please do me the kindness of at least giving me a heads up. I am trying to avoid going to some sort of pre payment arrangement.
