😳🐾 Well… this is awkward. We need to talk about the hu***ng. 😂
You know the moment. Company comes over. Everyone is having a lovely time…and suddenly your dog decides someone’s leg, another pet, or their favorite stuffed animal needs a little extra attention. 🤦‍♀️

While hu***ng can definitely be influenced by hormones—and may be one more reason it’s time to talk about neutering—that’s not always the whole story!
Pets may hump because of:
🐾 Excitement or overstimulation
🐾 Stress or anxiety
🐾 Play behavior
🐾 Attention-seeking
🐾 A learned habit
🐾 Hormones, especially in intact pets
🐾 Occasionally, an underlying medical issue

Neutering can help reduce hormone-driven mounting behaviors, but if your pet is already neutered and is still hu***ng, it may be worth a conversation with your veterinarian.

🌙 Meet Luna! This sweet little girl came in for her vaccines.💕
Just look at that gorgeous gray-and-white coat and those BIG, dark, dreamy eyes! 😻 Luna may be tiny, but she’s already mastered the art of being absolutely irresistible.

She gave us plenty of adorable kitten charm while getting her vaccines like a little superstar! 🐾💉✨

Saying goodbye to a beloved family member is never easy.
We are so grateful that this family trusted us to be there for them during such a heartbreaking time.
Knowing we were able to provide comfort, compassion, and support - and help make their sweet dogs' final moments peaceful and filled with love means so much to our entire staff. 🐾💕

Meet West! 🐾💗 This beautiful 12-month-old Belgian Malinois mix came in for her exam and vaccines, and absolutely crushed her appointment.

West was such a sweet, smart, and well-behaved girl—although we’re pretty sure she was secretly wondering why her visit came with a few little pokes! 😂💉 Way to go, West! 🥰🐶
