Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Position Summary
We are a fast-paced veterinary hospital seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is vital to delivering exceptional client service and supporting our medical staff. Veterinary experience is a plus but not required; candidates with strong customer service experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and patients professionally and warmly, both in person and over the phone
• Manage a high-volume front desk in a fast-paced environment
• Schedule appointments and support efficient patient flow
• Accurately obtain, verify, and document client and patient information
• Process payments, invoices, and treatment estimates
• Communicate hospital policies, procedures, and services clearly and compassionately
• Support veterinarians and technical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and accountability
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience required
• Veterinary or medical office experience preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond—not just do the bare minimum
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to supporting the team and patient care
Schedule Requirements
• Must be available to work any shift between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., including weekends

-Customer Service Experience in the Veterinary field is preferred but not mandatory

-Organized with computer proficiency
