We are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization formed to rescue animals in need and to provide low-cost spay/neuter clinics in the town of Pahrump and the Nye County areas of Nevada. Our team of caring and experienced animal care specialists loves reuniting companions with their owners or until we can find permanent loving furever homes for animals in need. We provide a safe and clean environment for

lost, surrendered, or abandoned animals until they can be reunited with their rightful owners or find permanent homes for animals who cannot be reunited with their rightful owners. We are committed to our animals and keep them until they find their new homes. Our mission is to reduce euthanasia of healthy adoptable animals through Animal Rescue and Spay and Neuter Clinics in Pahrump.

Long-term Residents Salt and Pepper 🩷

Two Incredible Brothers Still Waiting for Their Happy Ending
💔 These sweet boys have been with us for over a year, making them two of our longest residents and we can’t understand why.

Salt and Pepper are truly wonderful in every way. They’re gentle, fun, and so affectionate once they have a little time to warm up to you. After being overlooked day after day for nearly 10 months, life in the rescue started to wear on their spirits.
Thankfully, they’re now thriving in a foster home with other male and female dogs, but they’re still hoping that their forever family will finally find them.

Wouldn’t it be amazing if these brothers could go to a home together? They’ve been each other’s comfort through so much, and we’d love to see them stay side by side.

Sweet Dayton has been with us for 274 days, making him one of our longest residents — and we just can’t believe this lovable boy is still waiting.

Estimated to be just over 1.5 years old, Dayton didn’t have the easiest start to life. He was found roaming the desert, severely malnourished and in rough shape. But with time, care, and love, he has completely transformed into a healthy, active, and incredibly sweet boy.

Meet Bandit – Saved & Thriving! 💛

Just in the nick of time, Bandit was saved from the euthanasia list! This 4-year-old boy looks like a pug mix (with a little extra love at ~40 lbs) is now safe and thriving in his foster home. He’s living proof that second chances matter.

Never Forgotten Animal Society is a registered nonprofit 501(c)3 organization and does not receive any government funding to operate. We rely heavily on volunteer assistance and donations to provide quality care to Pahrump's homeless animals. Never Forgotten Animal Society accepts all animals regardless of breed, age, or health, from dogs and cats to livestock and small companion critters.

Never Forgotten Animal Society strives to reduce the homeless pet population in Pahrump and surrounding areas by reuniting lost pets with their owners and by finding loving homes for adoptable stray or surrendered pets.
