Paisley spent two weeks with us building off-leash skills and clear communication so she can safely go to work with her mom at Oak View Stables (OVS)! 🐴

Being a barn dog is a ton of fun, but it also comes with rules. Good manners and clear communication are important to keeping Paisley, the horses, and all the humans on the property safe.

She worked so hard these past two weeks, and we can’t wait to see her continue learning and growing with her mom!

Paisley can also come back for tune-ups when her mom is away or busy. Once you train with us, your dog is always welcome for boarding and daycamp to help keep those skills sharp and give you peace of mind while you’re away! 🐾

Did you know we help our clients navigate the vet too? 🐾

We train for the real world and we help you apply those skills when it matters most.

Mags is pretty nervous at the vet, so we’ve spent time building his confidence with a muzzle and getting him comfortable wearing it. Today, we put all that training to the test!

He did AMAZING. 🥹 While he was still nervous, he was able to make good decisions, stay under threshold, and work through the experience without escalating.

Our hard work helped keep Mags comfortable and safe, while also keeping the wonderful staff at Animal Center safe so they could properly figure out what was going on with his allergies!

This is why we train for real-life situations—not just obedience & tricks in the backyard. ❤️

Most people think walks are just about exercise.

We see them as one of the best training opportunities you’ll have all day.

From the moment you reach for the leash, your dog is learning. They’re learning how to leave the house calmly, how to walk with you instead of pulling ahead, how to handle distractions, and how to stay connected even when the world gets exciting.

You don’t need an hour-long training session every day. You just need to make the most of the moments you already have.

Every walk is a chance to reinforce calmness, confidence, and communication.
