Today is our capybara mama’s birthday! Happy Birthday, Ashlynn!

Fluff alert!! Ever notice a capybara’s coat looking extra spiky?

Their hairs can stand up in a natural response called piloerection which is something mammals may do when they’re cold or feeling alert.

It doesn’t automatically mean a capybara is scared; we can’t tell exactly what prompted the fluff here. We can tell somebody is very focused on that lettuce. 🥬

Today has been a busy one, but we couldn’t let the night get away without wishing our favorite boy a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 🎂

Arthur, this past year with you has been full of fun, laughter, and the sweetest capybara cuddles. You’ve made our days brighter, our hearts a little mushier, and our lives so much more entertaining. We love you more than you love snacks (and that’s saying a lot)! 🥹🥦🍠🥥🌽🥬

Happy birthday, Arthur! Here’s to another year of cuddles, treats, and being the very best boy. 🥳🧡

Sometimes the sweetest customer relationships grow beyond the animals.

Today we got to make personalized tote bags with our friends at one of our favorite places, Canoe Brook in Catoosa! We loved helping everyone choose their patches and create a bag that felt just like them.

We’re so grateful for the connections and creative moments we get to share with this community. Thanks for having us, Canoe Brook Catoosa Assisted Living! 👜✨
