I thought I would let everyone know how I got interested in pet grooming. When I was roughly about 17 yrs old I had a toy poodle and his name was Lucky. Lucky was a bottle fed baby, that I had bottle fed since he was 3 days old and he went everywhere with me. He was my child, so it absolutely broke my heart when everytime he would come home from getting groomed he would have razor burns all over h
is body. I decided that I was going to learn how to groom him myself so he wouldn't get hurt anymore. As I was learning how to groom dogs I got my GED and started college. As time went on I fell in love with dog grooming and decided that is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I did finish college and got my Associates in Accounting, I did try to work in that field but I hated being stuck in a cubicle not being able to talk to people all day long. So not only do I get to do what I love all day long, I get to spend time with so many different furbabies that I have gotten so very attached to over the years, I also get to talk to so many different people that I also get very attached to as well. So many of my clients have become like extended members of my family. I have always believed that you should treat everyone the way you want to be treated and that's what I do. I treat everyone's furbabies like they are my own as well. I will always take the extra time to be kind and patient with every client and every furbaby or furbabies that come see me.
