If you make sure that your food is clean without destroying the nutrition and you store it properly and you are already very healthy then you will get healthier but if you're already in poor health you have to be particularly careful with all foods and beverages to make sure you're not overloading your system because your immune system is weak with bacteria, fungus, and viruses that can go dormant and come awake once the right temperature food and conditions are available.
