Why does our phone always go to voicemail? ☎️
At Groomer Has It we pride ourselves on a quiet, calm salon. We take care of a lot of dogs with PTSD from other groomers, dogs with separation anxiety, elderly dogs who may be losing their sight, hearing or mobility. Many of those dogs need our constant love and support to get through their groom.
Stopping to answer the phone and take appointments means we have to stop what we're doing, walk away from the dog in our care and if they're on a table we can't leave them there so into a kennel they would have to go. Some dogs like the kennel, they feel safe and calm down, many don't feel that way, so doing this would work them up. Leaving a dog may cause them to panic because they become attached to us while their parents are gone.... Every dog deserves the same one on one love and care without constant interruptions.
