Hey y’all,
I want to take a minute to speak from the heart. The Buckwild Rose has always been more than just a business to me. It was my dream, my safe place, and a piece of who I am. Over the past few years, life has taken me through some hard battles. I came out of a 14 year abusive relationship, and while I finally found the courage to leave, I’ve been learning how to heal, how to breathe again, and how to find myself after years of being broken down.

Because of that, I had to step back. My energy went into surviving, not creating but, my heart never left The Buckwild Rose. I want to thank every one of you who’s stuck around, checked in, supported, or just waited quietly while I picked up my pieces.

This next year, I’m ready to start bringing my dream back to life , beginning with my own line of purses and tack. It won’t happen overnight, but I’m coming back! Stronger, wiser, and still a little wild.

🌹✨ Hey y’all! Big news from The Buckwild Rose! ✨🌹

First off, let me just say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for all the love and support you’ve shown me. This year may have felt a little “off,” but trust me—I’ve been busy behind the scenes working on so many fun things for you! 💕

One of the biggest changes: I’ve decided to say goodbye to my website and move everything over to Etsy. 🎉 I really feel like it’s the best platform right now for me and for The Buckwild Rose. Don’t worry though—you can still order directly from me anytime, because so many of you are more than just customers, you’re friends. 🥰

Now for the exciting part—I’m getting ready to launch my very own line of purses (eeek! 😍) plus a few other surprises I think you’re going to LOVE. And the best part? Everything will be ready and up in time for Christmas! 🎄✨

From day one, my biggest goal has been to make sure every single one of you knows you’re so much more to me than “just a customer.” You’ve helped me bring this crazy dream to life, and along the way, so many of you have become a part of my Buckwild Rose family. 🌹🤠

This is for those of us still living with the aftermath of domestic abuse.
For those who wake up each day unsure of who they are now, or who they were before.
For those trying to piece themselves back together after years of being torn apart.

I know the fight it takes just to exist.
I know the heaviness of waking up and feeling wrong before the day even begins.
I know what it’s like to hear a voice in your head—your abuser’s voice—telling you that you’re worthless, unlovable, undeserving of compassion.
I know how even putting on clothes can trigger anxiety because someone once made you believe your very presence was shameful.

I lived over a decade locked away from the world—no family, no friends, no life outside the walls of control.
I was told I was untrustworthy, disgusting, a liar, a w***e.
I was forbidden to speak, to connect, to be seen.
Every piece of me was silenced, hidden, ridiculed, and broken down until I believed there was nothing left worth saving.

But here I am.
Even with the panic attacks.
Even with the fear of punishment that still grips me.
Even with the terror of people, the fear of the world, and the memories that still haunt me—
I make myself live.

Because every breath is proof that I survived.
Every tear I cry now is not weakness—it’s proof I’m still here, still moving forward, still reclaiming myself.

I am not the problem.
I was never the problem.
I am worthy of love, happiness, and peace.

To anyone still struggling: your pain is valid, your healing is real, and your life is worth living.
Even when it feels impossible, you are not broken beyond repair.
You are finding yourself.
