It was a good day, and this nice mare ended up winning the Ordner Insurance Top Mare award!

If you’ve been around our place, you’ve probably seen the boss- she goes by the name of Maggie.

Six years ago we picked up this fiesty pup and she definitely changed the trajectory of our life. She got us started in the cow dog world! She has been a staple in our program and our life and no dog is more loyal (and knows the sound of Logan’s spurs) quite like she does. She will gather cows at 3am in the dark, push up stubborn lambs, and watch horses be worked for hours!

Life wouldn’t be the same without her. Thank you, Maggie for being the best girl.
