Questions and Answers:
Q: Location:
A: Pampered Paws Grooming in Oregon City
Q: Do I accept walk in appointments? A: No, I work by appointment only. Your pet will be with me usually for 2-4 hours. Q: How far in advance do I need to cancel an appointment? A: Please cancel 24-48hours before your scheduled appointment time. Anything within 24 hours may have a cancelation fee. Q: Will my dog be kenneled? A: Most of the time, yes. Most dogs are very comfortable being kenneled once they are hanging out in the shop with us. Most dogs like to "den" and find relaxation and comfort in it once they settle in. Most of the time they will have some time in a kennel with a non-heat dryer on them after the bath. Many dogs and cats find this time relaxing and will nap. If this isn't the case for your pet we can have a further conversation about what may work best for your pet going forward. Q: Do you groom straight through? A: Most of the time the pets will have a break after the bath in the kennel. Some pets find straight through or continuous hands on grooming a stressful experience- this really depends on your individual pet and what they prefer. Straight through grooming is not something that I offer on guarantee, but I am always willing to chat with you if this is in the best interest of your pet. Q: What is cost
A: Cost varies based on size, breed, coat condition, matting and routine (every 4-8 weeks) vs non routine grooming and what you would like to get done. All quotes are starting prices for 1 hour hands on time.
