Friendly Holiday and Busy Season Reminders:
🎄 Respecting Appointment times: Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. We allow a 10-minute grace period, but timeliness is especially important during this busy season to prioritize your pet's grooming experience and keep our schedule running smoothly.
🎄 Extended Grooming Times: Pets are typically with us for 3–4 hours, but during the holiday season, this may take longer. We cannot always accommodate specific pickup times, as we won’t rush your pet’s grooming process.
🎄 Prompt Pickups: After we notify you that your pet is ready, please pick them up within one hour. Additional hourly kenneling fees may apply for late pickups.
🎄 Prioritizing Grooming Appointments: Pets currently being groomed are always our priority. Walk-in services, such as nail trims, scheduling, or callbacks, may require a longer wait during the holiday season.
