Hello everyone, Our family experienced an unimaginable loss this Easter. My in-laws’ home was destroyed in a sudden house fire, and in one night, they lost nearly everything. We are incredibly grateful my mother-in-law woke up in time and was able to get everyone out safely.

This family has spent their lives serving others. My father-in-law recently retired after 26 years as a police officer and detective. My brother-in-law has just begun his journey in the police academy, and other members of the family have served as officers, including during 9/11 rescue efforts.

My mother-in-law built a small business from her home as a professional hair stylist—something she poured her heart into—and it was lost in the fire.

They are some of the most selfless, hardworking people I know, and it’s heartbreaking to see them go through this.

To support them, I’ll be offering complimentary bath services for first responder family dogs on Thursday, April 16th and Saturday, April 18th. Donations are completely optional, but every dollar will go directly to my in-laws as they begin to rebuild.
