Please note that we require applications, homechecks and an adoption fee prior to all adoptions. We only place dogs in Southern California - we do not ship dogs outside of our area, please do not ask. We offer new beginnings for English Bulldogs that are homeless, abandoned or surrendered. Some come from cruelty; some from ambivalence. Some Bulldogs come to us simply because an owner is elderly or

sick and can no longer care for a much-loved pet, or there has been a divorce, job loss or illness in the family. Join other families and make a pledge to assure we have the ability to help these bulldogs needing out help. Lady got her post surgery check up today and all is going well. This some healing on the surgery site and a little blood, but notthing that isn't unexpected. She has gained 10 pounds! Time for a diet... 'crate rest' has been too good for her.

"Happy Lady' should be here name, she is always happy, happy and happy!!

What is your special day with your Bulldog? First day home with you? Birthday? The day they were adopted?

Do you honor human mom or dad? Do you miss a Bulldog no longer with you and want to honor them?

We need foster homes for owner-surrendered Bulldogs. Without foster homes, these dogs will likely end up in shelters, on Craigslist, or in other dangerous situations.

No need to bully, shame, or insult anyone for having to give up their pet anymore, they are at least reaching out, and unfortunately, there are no foster homes to take them in.

Foster homes must be located near one of our vets to ensure that medical care can be provided at a discounted rate. Keeping appointments is easier when a foster is local. Most vets do not work with rescues to give meaningful discounts.

Homes are better if they have no or one other dog at home, and can separate if there is another dog at first when fostering a new dog.

Foster homes must make the dog available to meet with pre-screened adoptive homes at least once a month.

Rescue covers all expenses for fostering.
